Cancellation Policy
There are different cancellation policies, depending on the specific tour or activity you choose. Please be sure to verify which one is applicable to your chosen experience prior to confirming your booking. This information can be found on every experience we offer under the Cancellation Policy section.
If you have an existing booking, you can verify the applicable cancellation policy by checking the Cancellation Policy section of your ticket.
Free Cancellation
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours* before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 24 hours* before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 24 hours* before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
Non-refundable
These experiences are non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Moderate
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 4 full days* before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. Any changes made less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time will not be accepted.
Strict
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 full days* before the experience's start time. Any changes made less than 3 full days* before the experience's start time will not be accepted. For a 50% refund, you must cancel 3-6 full days* before the experience's start time. If you cancel less than 2 full days* before the experience's start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Custom
The specific terms and conditions for an experience with a custom cancellation policy can be found on the experience page within the Cancellation Policy section. *Cut-off times are based on the experience's local time.
PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
Credit card information used to purchase tours is NEVER shared with third parties.
In this reservation process; Name-surname, date of birth, TR identity number information of the persons to be accommodated from the customer, with the relevant accommodation operator in order to record the reservation; Name-surname, phone number, e-mail address and accommodation details are shared with the supplier company we cooperate with for local guidance and transfer services. Credit card, bank account information, etc. received from the customer to complete the reservation. It is definitely not recorded by Culturel Vocation Travel. With this agreement, the customer approves the sharing of the said data with the relevant units. These data, which are processed with the consent of the customer within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, can be used in the next reservation request after the end of the reservation and/or advertisements, campaigns, announcements, etc. within the scope of the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce. It is protected by us for sharing.
